Cooking Instructions:

  1. Wash chicken in cold water
  2. Blot Dry
  3. Fry in oil for 10-12 minutes, turning as needed
  4. Remove to paper towels
  5. Whisk butter and Ila’s Raspy Habanero Jam together over heat until melted
  6. Add chicken to the jelly and toss
  7. Plate and top with green onions
